RemarksThis may be an unpublished herbarium name, according to Index Hepaticarum. But IH does say the holotype (hb Lacouture 185) is deposited in G. This specimen is annotated as "Trocholejeunea infuscata" (by Verdoorn) but it is not a type of this. A second annotation by Stephani says "Ptychoc.? saccatus". The basionym of P. saccatus is Acrolejeunea saccata, but this specimen is not a type of this name (see protologue inside packet). Exs. Hb. Lacouture 185. Herb. Verdoorn no. 18767.
