| Annotation Text | Rock (Monogr. Stud. Haw. Lobelioid. 169, 171. 1919) designated a syntype at B as the lectotype. It was destroyed in 1943. A syntype at C, the only one with label data identical to the lost lectotype, will be designated to replace it in a forthcoming publication. |
