| Annotation Text | Although van Ooststroon published this Garber soecimen as 'lectotype' it can not possibly be original material for the name. Chapman published E. diffusus in 1860. Garber collected this sp,. in 1878, 18 years later. Chapman's own herbarium in now in NY. |
