| Remarks | These flowers, as well as most of the others in this collection are able to stand several degrees of frost without apparent harm. It was the middle of June here before the temperature rose consistently above freezing, and since then it has several times dropped several degrees below freezing point, but the open grassy spaces, tundra, and even rocky soil are well covered with many varieties of short flowers. |
