RemarksVol. 1: [i]-xxx, [1]-496, pl. 1-6; vol. 2: [i], [1]-460, pl. 7-10; vol. 3: [i], [1]-547, pl. 11-12. [13]. The botanical descriptions in vols. 1 and 2 are mainly by Solander (who died in 1782), edited and amended by J. C. Dryander; those in vol. 3 mainly by Dryander. However, as per Shenzhen Code Art. 46 Ex. 43, William Aiton alone is the author of nomenclatural novelties in the 3 volumes (excluding the names and the descriptions together ascribed to someone else)
