Remarks

Growing in close proximity to both parental species. These plants are at the tetraploid level; chromosome number determined by comparison of guard cells on backs of leaves of this, the sterile hybrid, D. linearis, D. rotundifolia and D. anglica. See Rhodora, 1955.
